Casa de Corazón is a family-owned dream in the making. Although we have careers that are flourishing, Casa de Corazón was born from a deep love for connecting with our community. What began as a Thanksgiving dinner shared with neighbors soon blossomed into something even more special. We realized the joy in offering our space for a close friend’s intimate wedding, and that spark ignited our passion to create a place where love, celebration, and connection can thrive in the heart of King William.If you’re searching for a place where fun meets carefree charm, we’d love to hear from you! Casa de Corazón offers day-of event coordination starting at $500 for clients who want support managing the details on the day of their celebration. This service includes timeline review, vendor communication, on-site setup guidance, and coordination throughout the event.While we don’t handle full event planning, our team will oversee logistics, keep things on track, and act as your point of contact throughout the day so everything you’ve worked hard to organize comes together just the way you envisioned.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I reserve a date?
Email [email protected] or call/text + 1 (210) 363 - 6082 to reserve a date. A signed agreement and half the package rate (to include a la carte services) are required to secure your date. The final payment is due 3 months prior to the event.
What is the capacity for events?
Casa de Corazón can comfortably host 150 guests. If you anticipate having more than 150 guests, please reach out to us to discuss.
When can I schedule the rehearsal?
The rehearsal is typically scheduled in the afternoon a day or two prior to the wedding. We're also very flexible!
Do I have to use only your preferred vendors?
No! You can choose any vendors that you would like. We only provide a preferred vendor list so you can get started with some high-quality recommendations!
What is the guest parking situation?
As we are located in the heart of King William, we do not have a parking lot at this time and rely on available street parking. Please reach out to us for details and pricing.We highly recommend encouraging guests to carpool or utilize rideshares.
What time can my vendors arrive on the day of my event?
We're very flexible on what time your vendors can drop off/pick up after the event!
Where can my guests stay?

Do you provide a wedding planner?
We do provide wedding planning services, and we will work with you from beginning to end to plan your big day. We also provide wedding coordination services at an additional cost.
